AI credits

AI credits are used for specific on-demand analysis. They are separate from the markets and user seats in your subscription.

Before running an analysis

Check the credit cost displayed for the action and your workspace balance. An ordinary search and a more detailed qualification report are different actions; do not assume they have the same cost.

The connected-assistant experience lets you search tenders, open records and review buyer history without spending qualification credits. A bid/no-bid assessment is a separate action that uses credits. Check the displayed terms for repeated or cached assessments.

Included credits

See Trial, Premium and Enterprise for the included allocation. Your account shows the current balance and any additional purchases.

Buy additional credits

Open the credit balance or subscription controls in Otnox to review the available packs. Check the number of credits, total price and applicable taxes before confirming payment. Purchasing a pack is not an upgrade to a separate AI subscription.

Team usage

When working in a shared workspace, confirm which workspace is active before running an analysis. Connected assistants use the access associated with the connected Otnox account.

A charge or balance looks wrong

Use the support form. Include the tender link, action, approximate time and what you expected to happen. Do not submit payment card information.
