Adding markets to your plan

Your base subscription includes one market. You can add more at any time, and each additional market costs EUR 10 per month.

How to add a market​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Scroll to the Markets section
  3. Check the box next to each market you want to add
  4. Review the updated monthly total at the bottom
  5. Click Save changes

The change takes effect immediately. Tenders from the new market will appear in your search results and monitoring profiles within minutes.

Prorated billing​

When you add a market mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in the current billing period. From the next billing cycle onward, the full EUR 10 per market per month applies.

Removing a market​

To remove a market:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Uncheck the market you want to remove
  3. Click Save changes

When you remove a market:

  • New tenders from that market stop appearing in search and alerts
  • Historical data remains accessible — you can still view tenders you previously saved or added to projects
  • Monitoring profiles that include that market will stop triggering for it
  • The prorated refund is applied as a credit to your next billing cycle

Switching markets​

If you want to replace one market with another (for example, swapping Estonia for Finland), simply uncheck the old market and check the new one in the same action. The net cost remains the same.

tip

Before removing a market, check whether you have any active monitoring profiles targeting only that market. Those profiles will stop producing alerts. Update them to target your remaining markets to avoid gaps in coverage.
