Add or change markets

Your subscription determines which markets you can search and monitor. Having records for a country in Otnox does not automatically add that country to your account.

Choose your markets

1. In Tenders, open Country and select Add beside a locked country to open your account’s plans page.
2. Review the markets currently included in your subscription.
3. Select the available markets you want to add or replace.
4. Check the updated total and any effective date shown before confirming.
5. Return to the tender list and select the market in the country filter.

If subscription controls are unavailable, ask your workspace's billing administrator or contact support.

Update your monitors

After changing your subscription, check the market selections in your monitoring rules. A monitor's filters and your subscription are separate settings. Adding access to a market does not necessarily add it to an existing rule.

Before removing a market

Review the tenders, projects and monitors you still need from that market. Do not assume that saved records grant ongoing access after a market is removed. Ask support if you need to retain access for an active bid.

A market is missing

Check market coverage. Historical records, current source availability and markets offered in your subscription can differ. Send a request through Support if the market you need cannot be selected.
