Cancellation

You can cancel your Otnox subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, lock-in periods, or hidden charges.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that date, your account switches to a limited free state.

What happens after cancellation

During the remaining billing period

Everything continues to work normally — search, monitoring, projects, and AI features remain active until your paid period ends.

After the billing period ends

  • Dashboard — you can still log in and see a read-only view of your data
  • Search — limited to viewing previously saved tenders, no new search access
  • Monitoring — all profiles are paused, no alerts are sent
  • Projects — read-only access to existing projects
  • AI — TenderScan is unavailable
  • Data — all your data (projects, saved tenders, monitoring profiles, company profile) is preserved for 12 months

Reactivating your subscription

If you decide to come back:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Choose your plan and add-ons
  4. Complete payment

Your data, monitoring profiles, and projects will be exactly as you left them.

tip

If you are going on a temporary break (vacation, budget freeze), consider downgrading to just the base plan instead of cancelling. At EUR 29 per month, it preserves full access to one market and keeps your data active.

Data deletion

If you want your data permanently deleted after cancellation, contact support at support@otnox.com. We will process the request in accordance with GDPR requirements within 30 days.

When you cancel, we ask for a brief reason. This feedback directly influences our product development. We read every response.
