Plan comparison
Otnox uses a modular pricing model. You start with a base subscription and add the features and markets you need.
7-day Premium trial
Every new account gets a 7-day Premium trial with full access: all 14 markets, monitoring workflows, projects, and AI features. No card required at signup. After day 7 the workspace falls back to the free starter view unless you upgrade in Settings → Subscription.
Base subscription
EUR 29 per month includes:
- Access to the Otnox platform (dashboard, search, tender details)
- One market of your choice
- Company profile and AI relevance scoring
- Unlimited team members
- Tender search with all filters
Add-on markets
EUR 10 per market per month
Add any of the 14 available markets to your subscription. Each market gives you access to all tenders from that country's official procurement portal, including historical data.

Start with the base plan and Monitoring. Most users find that search and alerts cover their needs initially. Add Projects when you have enough active bids to need pipeline management, and AI when you want document analysis.
Billing cycle
All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings > Billing.
