Change your subscription

Manage your plan and workspace configuration from the subscription section of your Otnox account.

Move from Trial to Premium

1. Open your subscription settings.
2. Choose Premium and review your selected market and workspace configuration.
3. Check the price, VAT and payment period in the confirmation screen.
4. Complete the payment flow, then return to Otnox and check your subscription status.

Adjust Premium

You can review markets, user seats and departments in your subscription settings. Monitoring and projects are included in Premium; there is no separate Monitoring, Projects or AI subscription module to switch on.

Check the effective date and any charge or credit shown before confirming a change. Do not assume that removing an option always creates a refund or that it takes effect immediately.

Enterprise

If you need an agreement for your organisation, contact support with your markets, team size and requirements. The team will confirm the proposed scope and commercial terms.

A payment or access change looks wrong

Check that you are in the right workspace. If the payment completed but access has not changed, send the invoice or payment reference through the support form. Do not include card details or passwords.
