What is Otnox?
Otnox is a procurement intelligence platform that monitors government tenders across 14 markets in Europe and Africa. It aggregates tenders from official procurement portals, scores them with AI for relevance to your business, and sends alerts when matching opportunities appear.
Who is Otnox for?
Any company that bids on government contracts — from small IT consultancies to large construction firms. If you sell products or services to public sector buyers, Otnox helps you find and track relevant tenders.
What markets does Otnox cover?
Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Romania, France, South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria. See All markets for details on each.
Pricing
How much does Otnox cost?
The base subscription is EUR 29 per month and includes one market. Additional markets are EUR 10 each. Optional add-ons: Monitoring (EUR 12), Projects (EUR 12), and AI (EUR 50). See Plan comparison.
Is there a free trial?
Contact us at support@otnox.com to discuss trial options for your team.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in periods or cancellation fees. Cancel from Settings > Billing and your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
Data
How often is data updated?
Every 1-4 hours depending on the market. European markets refresh every 1-4 hours, African markets every 4 hours. See Data update frequency.
Where does the data come from?
Directly from official government procurement portals. Otnox does not use third-party data aggregators — we connect to each portal's API or public feed.
Is historical data available?
Yes. When you add a market, you get access to both current and historical tenders stored in Otnox.
Features
How does the AI relevance score work?
Each tender receives a score from 0 to 100 based on CPV code overlap, keyword similarity, buyer history, contract value fit, and geographic relevance. See Relevance score.
Can the AI read the tender documents for me?
Yes — open the Documents tab on any tender and click Analyze. The AI extracts key requirements, qualification criteria, deadlines and risk flags from PDF and DOCX attachments. See Document analysis.
Can I get alerts on Telegram?
Yes. Connect your Telegram account in Settings → Notifications and receive real-time alerts for every matching tender. See Telegram integration.
Account
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings > Team, click Invite member, and share the generated link. No email invitations needed — the link works immediately.
Can I manage multiple companies?
Yes. Create separate company profiles for each legal entity and switch between them using the company switcher in the navigation bar.
How do I delete my account?
Cancel your subscription from Settings > Billing. For permanent data deletion, contact support@otnox.com and we will process it within 30 days per GDPR requirements.
