Choose notification channels

A monitoring rule decides what matches. Your notification channel decides where those matches are delivered.

Email

Use email for individual updates or scheduled review where those options are available. Check the delivery settings on your account and the notification action in the monitor. See Email alerts.

Telegram

Connect your Telegram account through the integration controls in Otnox, then complete the bot connection in Telegram. Check that the correct user and monitor are connected. See Telegram integration.

Slack and Microsoft Teams

Use the available integration and monitoring-action controls to select a connected team destination. You may need permission to add an integration in your Slack or Teams workspace.

Confirm the destination and run a test before relying on a channel for an active bid. If these controls are unavailable in your workspace, contact support for help with your configuration.

Scout for macOS

Scout uses native Mac notifications and its own notification preferences. These are separate from a monitor's email or team-channel settings. See Scout for macOS.
