Choose your markets

Use the Country filter to decide which markets appear in your tender search. Your subscription controls which markets you can access; changing a search filter does not change your subscription.

  1. Open Tenders and select Country above the results.
  2. Select one or more available countries. You can search several markets together.
  3. Click outside the dropdown to return to the list. The results update using your selection and the other active filters.
  4. To remove a country from this search, open Country again and deselect it.

On a phone, open the filter panel, choose your countries and select Show results to return to the list.

The country selection works alongside your keywords, status, categories and date range. Changing the country does not clear those other choices. See Using filters for the individual controls.

A country is locked​

A country can appear in the dropdown without being enabled for your account. Locked countries show an Add control instead of a selectable option.

Select Add to open the plans page in your account. Review the selected markets, updated total and any effective date before confirming a subscription change. Return to Tenders afterward and select the country in your search.

Selecting Add opens the plan controls; it does not itself purchase a market. If you cannot make the change, ask the person who manages your subscription or contact support. See Add or change markets for subscription details.

The selected market has no results​

An empty list does not necessarily mean the market is unavailable. Check the search before changing your subscription:

  • Date range: widen the period if you are looking for older notices.
  • Keywords: clear the search text to check whether it is excluding results.
  • Status and categories: remove restrictions one at a time.
  • AI Matching: turn it off temporarily to check the broader results for your selected countries.
  • Bookmarks: return to the full tender list if you are viewing only saved tenders.

Once results appear, add your filters back gradually. For an incomplete or missing record, follow Report a data issue and include the country and original notice link.

Save the filter combination when it gives you a useful set of results. Use a name that identifies the market and the work you are following, so you can recognise it later.

Loading that saved filter restores its country selection as part of the search. It does not add subscription access to a country. See Favorites and saved filters.

Use the same markets in monitoring​

A tender search and a monitoring rule have separate filters. Choosing countries in Tenders does not automatically update an existing monitor.

Open Monitoring and check the countries in the rule you want to use. Review its other filters and notification action, then test it before enabling it. Start with Setting up monitoring.

Check coverage before expanding​

The Market coverage page shows the markets covered by Otnox. Coverage and access in your own account are different: a listed country may still need to be added to your subscription.

If the country you need is not available in the plan controls, contact support with the country and the procurement sources you want to follow.
